Message from the President of the United States to the two Houses of Congress, at the commencement of the third session of the Thirty-fourth Congress. December 18, 1856. Resolved, that there be printed for the use of the members of this House, eighteen thousand six hundred copies of the annual message of the President, together with the accompanying documents, and that two hundred additional copies of the said message and documents be printed and furnished to each of the Secretaries of the State, War, Navy, Treasury and Interior Departments, the Attorney General and Postmaster General [electronic resource].
