Amend the Bank Merger Act of 1960 : Hearings before a Subcommittee of the Committee on Banking and Currency, United States Senate, Eighty-ninth Congress, first session on S. 1698, a bill to amend the Bank Merger Act so as to provide that bank mergers, whether accomplished by the acquisition of stock or assets or in any other way, are subject exclusively to the provisions of the Bank Merger Act, and for other purposes, May 19, 20, 21, and 27, 1965.
