Automobile financing : hearings before the Committee on the District of Columbia, House of Representatives, Eighty-sixth Congress, second session, on H.R. 9876, a bill to provide for the regulation of finance charges for retail installment sales of motor vehicles in the District of Columbia; to provide the commissioners of the District of Columbia with additional authoity to carry out the purposes of section 7 of the act approved July 1, 1902, as amended; to authorize the said commissioners to impose certain requirements of persons licensed under the daid act of July 1, 1902; and for other purposes, February 2 and 8, 1960.
