Suspending Presidential authority to impose oil import fees, $531 billion debt limit : hearings before the Committee on Finance, United States Senate, Ninety-fourth Congress, first session, on H.R. 1767, an act to suspend for a ninety-day period the authority of the President under Section 232 of the Trade expansion act of 1962 or any other provision of law to increase tariffs, or to take any other import adjustment action, with respect to petroleum or products derived therefrom; to negate any such action which may be taken by the President after January 15, 1975, and before the beginning of such ninety-day period; and for other purposes, and H.R. 6234, and H.R. 2634, an act to increase the temporary debt limitation and to extend such temporary limitation until June 30, 1975, February 7 and 10, 1975.
