In addressing enrollment patterns during recent years, this report presents data concerning the trends in headcount and full-time equivalent student enrollment. The contracted concept is explained and consideration is given to why the executive and legislative branches chose to use that concept in the budget process. The estimated financial impact of contracted enrollment concept based on actual fall 1975 enrollments is also discussed. (LBH)
