Restoration of excess annual leave lost due to certain personnel action : hearings before the Subcommittee on Retirement and Employee Benefits of the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service, House of Representatives, Ninety-fourth Congress, first session, on H.R. 3251, a bill to amend Title 5, United States Code, to provide that excess annual leave lost by a federal employee because of an unjustified or unwarranted personnel action shall be restored to such employee in the same manner as if lost because of administrative error, June 3 and 5, 1975.
