A desparate and dangerous designe discovered concerning the Fen-countries / by a faithfull friend, who as soone as it came to his knowledge, hath taken some pains, not only to discover, but to prevent the same; by order of the Committee for the Fenns ; published for the common-good, and in all humility presented to the high court of Parliament ; and in particular to some noble personages especially interressed and concerned therein.
