Trial, held Oct. 1945 before the British Military War Crimes Court, Hamburg, of the captain and crew of the submarine U852 which sank the S.S. Peleus in the Atlantic Ocean on the night of 13/14 Mar., 1944, for killing members of the crew in violation of the laws of war.
