Civil Aeronautics Act Amendments : hearings before a Subcommittee of the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce, House of Representatives, Eighty-fourth Congress, second session, on H. R. 8889, a bill to amend Section 301 (a) of the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938 to require the Civil Aeronautics Board to issue certain regulations concerning air traffic at Laguardia and New York-International (Idlewild) Airports in the state of New York, and Newark Airport in the state of New Jersery; H. R. 8890, a bill to amend Section 902 (a) of the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938, so that the penalties provided therein will apply to violations of Civil Aeronautics Safety regulations; H. R. 8891, a bill to amend the Civil Aeronautics Act of 1938 to prohibit jet-propelled aircraft from using airports located in densely populated areas. July 12, 1956.
