Ordered, that the Committee on Roads and Bridges, be directed to enquire into the expediency of providing by law, that towns shall not be held liable for any damage which may be sustained or accident which may happen in consequence of the passing over the roads on bridges, of loads the weight whereof shall exceed hundreds [electronic resource].
