On motion, ordered, that, Messrs. Rantoul, of Gloucester, Ruggles, of Fall River, and H.G. Rice, of Boston, be a committee to consider the expediency of repealing all such laws and parts of laws, as provide for the infliction of the punishment of death [electronic resource].
