Minutes of the Grand Committee of the whole Convention of the Delaware state [electronic resource] : which commenced at Dover, on Tuesday, the twenty-ninth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-one, for the purpose of reviewing, altering, and amending the constitution of this state ; or, if they see occasion, for forming a new one in stead thereof.

Minutes of the Grand Committee of the Delaware State held in Dover beginning November 29, 1791 to review and determine if there should be any alteration or amendment to the state constitution. Included was the proposed state constitution, as adopted by the whole committee.
